Touchful verses:

Proverbs 9:8-11, 17-18 KJV

Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased. Stolen waters are sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant. But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell.

Proverbs 10:3-5, 12, 17-19, 22, 27-28 KJV

The Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish: but he casteth away the substance of the wicked. He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame. Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool. In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise. The blessing of the Lord , it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. The fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish.

Proverbs 11:2, 4, 7-8, 11-16, 21, 24-26, 28, 30-31 ESV

When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom.   Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.  When the wicked dies, his hope will perish, and the expectation of wealth perishes too.   The righteous is delivered from trouble, and the wicked walks into it instead.  By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is overthrown.  Whoever belittles his neighbor lacks sense, but a man of understanding remains silent.  Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets, but he who is trustworthy in spirit keeps a thing covered.  Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.   Whoever puts up security for a stranger will surely suffer harm, but he who hates striking hands in pledge is secure.   A gracious woman gets honor, and violent men get riches.   Be assured, an evil person will not go unpunished, but the offspring of the righteous will be delivered.   One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want.   Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.   The people curse him who holds back grain, but a blessing is on the head of him who sells it.  Whoever trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like a green leaf.  The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and whoever captures souls is wise.  If the righteous is repaid on earth, how much more the wicked and the sinner!
